Features

2. In the Project Leader Interface, the project leader approves the candidate for the full project and an email is automatically sent to notify them.

3. Candidates can now access and complete the main Full Application and review more extensive information regarding the Project by logging in.

4. After filling out the main application, candidates additionally complete the "References" section to give the Project Leader more objective information.

The application is now accessible to the central office through the desktop application. In addition to the features available on the phone app, the desktop application contains higher-level capabilities including the ability to charge application fees and project deposits. Here, leaders are assigned and pricing rules are established, including discounts for first-time applicants and early deposits.

Finally, incoming payments that are received by other means, such as a check by mail, can be entered manually or accepted via Paypal.

6. Applicants can view the status of each item required for submittal. Applicants can easily recheck their application status by logging back into the account. Application submittal is blocked until all items are completed, including payments and references.

7. Individuals indicated as "References" automatically receive an email upon being entered into the system. A link is provided to complete the online form to simplify the process.

8. Applicants are notified via email once a reference has been completed.

9. Once each item has been "Completed", the submission button appears.

Upon submittal of a completed application, the Project Leader can evaluate it online.

10. During the Evaluation phase, the Project Leader has full access to the entirety of the application, in order to effectively evaluate each candidate, and approve or deny their application.

12. Upon a candidates' notification of approval a default acceptance text is pre-filled and an email is sent to the candidate. However upon a candidates' notification of denial, due to being deemed not ready for health, mental, emotional, or other reasons, the Project Leader has the opportunity to send a personal email outlining the details leading to the denial. Merge fields are allowed as well, to add links.

11. If a candidates' project fills prior to the completion of their application, they may be dropped from that project or moved to an alternate project if there is room and the applicant agrees.
